Andy Beth Miller is a food and travel journalist with over 20 years of experience writing for both print and digital publications. She began her career as a columnist and lifestyle writer for Oahu Publications, contributing regularly to HI Luxury, Waikiki Magazine, Midweek, and the Star-Advertiser. Her work highlights everything from fine dining to local food trucks and hidden neighborhood gems.
As a travel writer, Andy has chronicled island-specific finds and culinary culture for outlets such as Lonely Planet, Hawaii.com, and Zicasso, reporting firsthand from dozens of countries across Europe and the Pacific. She has also served as editor-in-chief of a New York-based trade publication, worked as a senior copy editor for multiple lifestyle titles, and continues to work as a freelance book editor and communications consultant in her (rare) spare time.
Education
Andy earned her Bachelor of Arts in English, literature, and journalism from Liberty University, where she was inducted into the Sigma Tau Delta International English Honor Society.
