Sam is constantly developing new niche interests. In the past, he has written comedic videos for Channel Frederator, covered video game news for The Gamer, written up local events for the Santa Monica Mirror, edited music reviews for mxdwn, and analyzed occult references in "Adventure Time" for Ultraculture. Sam also studied comedy in Los Angeles, producing an original web series and writing for the 2018 CBS Diversity Sketch Comedy Showcase. With his natural sense of curiosity and background in a diverse range of subjects, Sam hopes to connect with new readers and experts alike.

Education

At the University of California, Santa Cruz, Sam graduated from the selective creative writing emphasis of its literature program.
