Experience

Rachel is an award-winning writer, author, speaker, podcaster, truth-teller, and breast cancer survivor. After a 20-year career in public relations working with many clients, including restaurants, she left corporate America to write full-time.
Between her PR background, and passion for food, she has been able to collaborate with and create content for a variety of food brands, including KidFresh, Goldbelly, and Oat Haus.
In addition to being included in Jen Mann's New York Times Best Seller,"I Just Want to Hang Out with You," Rachel has written for HuffPost, Romper, Today Show Parents, PopSugar, ScaryMommy, Insider, She's Got Issues, and has appeared on NPR, "The Doctors," and "The Tamron Hall Show."

Education

Rachel received a BS in Public Relations from the University of Florida's College of Journalism and Communications.
She earned her MS in Integrated Communications from Florida International University.
