  • As a community reporter for localnewspasadena.com, she visits various restaurants and works in the kitchen for an inside view. Her personal favorite was making signature pink macarons at The Langham Hotel.

Experience

Victoria has been a continuously publishing feature journalist since being hired by Rolling Stone as a college campus stringer. As one of the founders of The Bloomsbury Review, she gravitated toward cookbooks as cultural artifacts. She has written about the provenance and politics of ethnic foods for Martha Stewart LIVING, O-The Oprah Magazine, Westways, and several others.

Education

Victoria earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Denver as an English major.
