Red Robin Offers 30 Different 'Bottomless' Menu Items

It's not just the steak fries that keep on coming your way at Red Robin.

If there's anything Red Robin is known for besides its weirdly catchy jingle ("Red Robin, yummmmm"), it's the fact that the quick service restaurant chain serves bottomless steak fries: Just say the word, and those starchy wedges will keep heading your way. Endless anything is a draw for many diners (just ask Red Lobster), but at Red Robin, the bottomless options are on a whole other level. In case you weren't aware, this restaurant offers unlimited free refills on over 30 different menu items.

Red Robin’s bottomless menu items, explained

Restaurant Business reports that Red Robin has $3 million earmarked to market its bottomless items this year, after making internal improvements to its cooking processes and adding new items such as ribs to its menu. This got us wondering: just what is on Red Robin's bottomless menu, anyway?

Thirty bottomless menu items is a lot more than we knew. There is a little catch, however: Many of the items aren't food, but rather non-alcoholic beverages including lemonades and floats. No free refills on giant onion ring owers, unfortunately.

Here are all of Red Robin’s bottomless food options:

  • Steak fries
  • Garlic fries
  • Sweet potato fries
  • Mac and cheese (kids only)
  • Garlic Parmesan broccoli
  • Steamed broccoli
  • House salad
  • Coleslaw
  • Yukon chips

Here are all of Red Robin’s bottomless drink options:

  • Freckled Lemonade
  • Sunset Lemonade
  • Caramel Apple Lemonade
  • Poppin' Purple Lemonade
  • Flavored lemonade (peach, honey mango, raspberry)
  • Very Berry raspberry lemonade
  • All soft drinks (Coke products)
  • Gold Peak iced tea (regular, sweet, or flavored with peach, honey mango, raspberry)
  • Root beer floats
  • Raspberry cream soda
  • Orange cream soda
  • Kids Freckled Lemonade
  • Kids Sunset Lemonade
  • Kids Caramel Apple Lemonade
  • Kids Poppin' Purple Lemonade
  • Kids raspberry cream soda
  • Kids orange cream soda
  • Kids root beer float
  • Although "over 30 bottomless items" is an eye-popping figure to boast, most of these items are drinkable. Still, it's nice to know there are other options besides steak fries if you're feeling extra hungry—you can even change up what you get each round, so if you're not quite feeling an extra order of fries you can switch to salad, coleslaw, or broccoli for your next round. (You do have to pay the upcharge for premium items, but beyond that, refills are free.)

Considering that people are looking to save money on dining out these days, the bottomless options are likely going to be a draw, provided Red Robin gets the word out sooner rather than later. The company's sales fell by 2.7% year-over-year in the fourth quarter of 2023, so it had better put that $3 million marketing budget to good use.
