Walk Into The Weekend Like Michael Jordan With A Nearly Empty Bottle Of Tequila
Let's get right down to business. Here's Michael Jordan strolling through New York with a little tequila in a bottle and a lot of tequila in a box.
Some context: Yesterday marked the 20th anniversary of Michael Jordan's last shot as a Chicago Bull, which also happened to be the game-winning, series-ending shot of the 1998 NBA finals. It's a very famous shot. (You know, Jordan game six. Ball so hard. Etc.)
Well, The Sports Daily reports that MJ decided to mark that anniversary by wearing some comfy clothes with his silhouette on them and drinking a nice agave-based libation. After much squinting, we believe that to be a bottle of Tres Alegres Compadres tequila, presumably an añejo, based on the color. One assumes the case is of the same tequila, although it also looks a little bit like the packaging used for Tromba tequilas, so who knows.
Regardless, he looks very pleased with himself. Maybe it's the shot. Maybe it's the shots... of tequila. Maybe it's that LeBron lost the Finals. Who knows, but he looks satisfied with himself (and a mite tipsy). My sincerest wish is that each and every one of you has a reason to look like that at least once this weekend.
