This Month In Overturned Trucks is The Takeout's monthly roundup of overturned trucks spilling shit over public roadways.

Meatballs: In southwest Sweden, a truck carrying a cargo of meatballs skidded into a ditch on Nov. 15 due to icy conditions. The BBC reported 20 tons of meatballs had to be offloaded onto the road.

Milk: A big-rig truck overturned Nov. 22 on a busy stretch of Interstate-5 north of Los Angeles, spilling 6,200 gallons of milk along 200 feet of the freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Frozen vegetables: A tractor-trailer overturned on its way to a food distribution center in South Carolina on Nov. 16, damaging boxes of frozen vegetables including green peas, corn, lima beans, and carrots. Nevertheless, the towing company helped distribute 41,000 pounds of the frozen vegetables to needy families.

Pigs: Two semi-trailers in Jacksonville, Florida collided on Nov. 23. One of the trucks carried a cargo of live pigs, with many of the livestock escaping. No injuries were reported. Troopers asked the public to be on the look out and remain vigilant.

Poop: A truck carrying manure rolled over on its side in Vermont on Nov 22, as it was approaching a bridge. The accident tore guardrails, and both passengers walked away from the scene with no serious injuries.
