Jim Lahey’s No-Knead Bread recipe

The Takeout editor Kevin Pang is a much more advanced bread baker than I am, so he's become my guru as I slowly enter the complex and rewarding world of sourdough. But my bread-baking apprenticeship started not with sourdough, but with Jim Lahey's No-Knead Bread recipe (suggested by Kevin, of course). You probably heard this already today, but just in case: Gizmodo and many other outlets advise you to change your Twitter password immediately: "Due to a 'bug' in its system, some 330 million Twitter users' passwords may have been temporarily exposed, CTO Parag Agrawal announced on the official Twitter blog Thursday afternoon." The passwords were momentarily shown in plain text instead of their usual encrypted status; the problem was corrected, but Twotter still advises you to to change your password settings. So right now, while you're thinking about it, in case you haven't done it yet, go change your Twitter password! Click on your icon, and go to Settings and Privacy > Password. We'll wait.
