Despite being around for millennia, there is still no good way to preserve an open beer. However, with some methods, you can stretch it to about three days in the fridge.

One of the easiest methods is to secure two pieces of plastic wrap around the bottle’s mouth or the top of the can with elastics. Next, place the beer in the fridge near the back.

Placing the bottle near the back and bottom of the fridge helps reduce oxidation and loss of carbonation and keeps its exposure to sunlight to a minimum. The beer will keep well.
